Cancellation Policy
1. **Booking Sessions:** - Clients are required to book their sessions in advance through our designated booking system or app. - Bookings should be made at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. 2. **Attendance:** - Clients must arrive promptly for their scheduled sessions. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate subsequent bookings. - If unable to attend a scheduled session, clients must notify us at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. 3. **Cancellations and Rescheduling:** - Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled session may incur a cancellation fee. - Clients may reschedule their session based on availability, with a limit on the number of reschedules per month. 4. **Membership and Payments:** - Clients must have an active membership or session package to book sessions. - Payments for sessions or membership renewals must be made on time to maintain booking privileges. 5. **Conduct and Etiquette:** - Clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards staff and other clients. - Use of equipment and facilities should be in accordance with provided instructions and guidelines. 6. **Feedback and Communication:** - We welcome feedback and encourage open communication to improve our services. - Clients should notify us of any concerns regarding bookings, sessions, or facilities promptly. 7. **Policy Acceptance:** - By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the Client Booking and Attendance Policy of Invictus.
